I will tell you something about the journey and experience i had discovering this school.

It took place last week when i was in a desperation mode to make my own steps to go out and find a job, any job which will be suited for the education i attained or even not to challenge myself. I am done doing nothing. It's time to move and earn for my own. I am filled of disgust to myself each day knowing that the money I am spending for the food I eat, the room I rent and for the tuition fees in school i pay still comes from the hard earned pocket of my mother. I told myself that it's better be time to stand on my own. But how? That question. The hurdle blocking my way, always there along with doubts, fear and lack of self - confidence. And then suddenly the thoughts of how my mother survived and thrived the hard life in Manila hits me emotionally that it became my motivation not to give up that quickly. If she made it through, I can do too with head up high. So there's me startled and don't know what to do at that time sent a message to my mother and asked her if i could access her facebook account to search for any of her friends in there for anyone who could help me find a job or advice where to look for one. I recall mother told me that her former employers here in Manila which helped her a lot back in the days may also lay me a hand because their family is a respected, gracious and an amazingly good - hearted people. So I set aside my pride and shame and decided to try and ask for any help or advise they can give. I never expected that after sending a message to Mam Jacqueline Marzan Tolentino through my mothers facebook account that there would be any response because I know that they live a busy life and it's alright. Besides, I think I was kind of arrogant using my mothers account just to contact them and ask for favors. I felt sorry for that. But little did I know, these family was too good family to others as they were as my mother have always told us. Mam Jackie sent back a reply to come see her and also check the website of her school. I was in high spirits after reading that message. It was enough really. That message meant a lot. A precious time given to no one like me makes me feel like i exist and there's a hope for me. I immediately checked the website of the school she gave me and was amazed about everything in it. The ETON International School, School of the Future. I felt proud that my mom was once acquainted with her, the founder and President of this great School.
